What currency is used for billing when I order? How can I calculate the conversion?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and can also process manual orders via Western Union money wires and mailed U.S. dollar money orders (guaranteed checks or other money instruments). Return FAQs

Can I return the trainers for a refund if I don’t use them?

No, we are not able to accept returns on the vaginal trainer product. For health and safety reasons, and also to comply with FDA regulations for vaginal inserts, vaginal trainers that have been sold to a consumer cannot be restocked and are prohibited from resale.


What is the return policy for unopened books or videos?

You may return any unused books or DVDs within 30 days in the original packaging for a full credit, minus shipping/handling charges and restocking fee of $10.00. To request this service please contact us directly.
