USA Orders - Free Shipping

Standard USA shipments use free, rush, trackable shipping (via USPS Priority). If you would prefer to use an alternate carrier such as FEDEX or UPS, or your own shipping account, please contact us to arrange. USPS PRIORITY normally delivers within 1-3 days and includes Saturday delivery.

Large or urgent shipments may require other options—contact us for details.

Privacy Packaging: Products shipped within the USA use labels with a generic sender name and without product or website references. Outer packaging is plain for privacy and confidentiality.

All products are made in the USA and shipped from California.

International Orders

International orders are usually shipped using DHL Express Worldwide or UPS Worldwide and normally arrive within days to major centers. The exact cost will depend on the destination and will be calculated in the online store prior to completing your order.

For privacy in international orders, customs forms are completed with generic sender names and generic product terms as much as possible. Outer packaging is plain for privacy.

Customs fees, duties, or taxes issued by the destination country and carrier are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not charged or collected by us prior to shipping.

Shipments to India

All shipments received into India need KYC documents (government recognized identity and address proof) to be presented to Customs during shipment clearance. For speedy customs clearance, match the name and shipping address entered into the online store with your government ID.

Alternate International Carriers

In certain instances, we may be required to use an alternate carrier. For example, it is often necessary to use USPS when shipping to an international Post Office Box. Other examples might include shipping to a storage locker destination or when an address is classified as a remote service area by DHL, but reachable through an alternate carrier.

Paperback Book: Satisfaction Guarantee - full refund for returns initiated within 15 days of purchase.

eBook: Digital products that have been downloaded are not eligible for return.

Vaginal Inserts: Vaginal inserts cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

Zoom Support Groups: Satisfaction Guarantee - full refund for cancellation requests received prior to the start of the second session. There are no refunds for individually missed or unused sessions within the term of the group sessions.
